PRE-CLEANSE
Here's a few things you need to forget about putting in your mouth 48 hours before your cleanse :
Caffeine, alcohol, refined sugar & food, nicotine, animal products (meat and such)
Incorporate more vegetables & fruits, fresh salads into your diet to get you going on your full liquid fast. Remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! We recommend to drinking up to 2 litres of filtered water (8 glasses of water) and if you must have your daily coffee, 1 cup a day will be ok but not more than that.
DURING YOUR CLEANSE
Start your the day of your juice cleanse with a glass of filtered water (better warm but your preference) with a slice of lemon or half a balinese key lime.
Consume your juices within a 2 hour increment, according to the order you need to drink it in.
If you get a little light headed during the afternoon and need a little energy boost, you may switch your almond milk with the fruits/citrus bottle.
Always drink your 8 glasses of water in between your juices and herbal teas also help!
Diet or weight loss shouldn't be your main focus, but as an additional bonus if you're body is needing to shed the extra weight, but as a way to restart your body, cleansing your digestive system & getting rid of your bad dietary habits.
Don't overdo on your work-out and keep everything light and peaceful. Do some yoga, take a walk, a light jog by the beach, bathe in the sea, write in your journal. This is a gracious time for you and your mental being to reconnect.
POST CLEANSE
For the first 24 hours after your cleanse start slow, a glass of lemon water in the morning followed by our delicious superfood smoothies which you can whip up at home by yourself with the ingredients you have, then fruit & vegetable meals for the rest of the day. The next day you may gradually consume grains/legumes/brown rice/eggs, and inserting chicken/meat/dairy on the days after.
Give yourself credit for getting through your cleanse by stocking fresh, healthy ingredients in your home and keeping away from preserved, processed, carbohydrate related food/beverage.
