What's so special about Cold Pressed Juices?
For a start, normal blenders/centrifugal juicers spins on 3,000 ~ 16,000 RPM. We use one of the slowest cold press juicer which only spins 43 RPM using a hydraulic press, which means all the nutrition and enzymes of the fruit and vegetables are still intact after the juicing process. It's the same as consuming raw fruit & vegetables, but even better because through juicing the body can absorb all the nutrition 4x faster than just eating the actual fruit/vegetable alone.
With a normal blender the fruits are slashed by the grinder and are exposed to heat, which removes most of the essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes and proteins we want to gain from the juice. Through our slow juicing process there is no heat, no grinding, no blending, just squeezing all the goodness from the fruit and vegetables, extracting all the nectar from the pulp.
