REMIX at Beauty & Health Talkshow for CDBS Radio 25 year anniversary

Last Saturday night (15/11/14) we were invited to speak at the Beauty & Health talkshow held by CDBS Radio Bali for their 25 years anniversary celebration at Mall Bali Galeria. 

Our owner, Yovania Limento, gave tips to the audience on how to stay in shape and explained a little bit about what we do & make in our home kitchen.

5 Day Intermediate Cleanse Plan

 

This is our 5 day intermediate cleanse plan! Read carefully if you are planning to undergo a juice cleanse in the near future. You can email us and request a PDF version if this one is too small for you to read through (don't worry your sight capability can be fixed in time with our Love Potion No.9 which contains tons of Beta-carotene and Vitamin A!).

Remember, a liquid fast means replacing all your meals in a day with 12 bottles of REMIX. If you think this is too tough for you, it's okay to eat as well, but something light and fiber packed like fruits and green salads (with low-calorie dressing if possible, we recommend vinaigrette or just plain olive oil), oatmeal, nuts and seeds.

Always keep yourself hydrated! Drink your 8 glass of water and take it easy on your exercise routine.

Why Cold Pressed?

What's so special about Cold Pressed Juices?

For a start, normal blenders/centrifugal juicers spins on 3,000 ~ 16,000 RPM. We use one of the slowest cold press juicer which only spins 43 RPM using a hydraulic press, which means all the nutrition and enzymes of the fruit and vegetables are still intact after the juicing process. It's the same as consuming raw fruit & vegetables, but even better because through juicing the body can absorb all the nutrition 4x faster than just eating the actual fruit/vegetable alone.

  With a normal blender the fruits are slashed by the grinder and are exposed to heat, which removes most of the essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes and proteins we want to gain from the juice. Through our slow juicing process there is no heat, no grinding, no blending, just squeezing all the goodness from the fruit and vegetables, extracting all the nectar from the pulp.
